Returns & Exchanges

• Defy Boardshop will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item & its packaging is in new & unused condition with the original tags attached.
• Refunds & exchanges can be made 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will process your request ASAP.
• To start the return/exchange process, please shoot us an email defyboardshop@gmail.com & we will issue you a Return Authorization Number.
• After receiving this Return Authorization, please mail your item to the address below.
